CAN ONE BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT DISCIPLINE?
Dr. G. I Osifila "Firstly, lets look at the concept vividly. To me discipline is a way of life through which an individual abides by the rules, regulations and norms that guides the society.

In Nigeria, Success is measured primarily by the number of cars you have in your compound, the number of mansions you have scattered all over the country and perharps the amount of money in your bank account. To me, success is when you are able to influence people positively, being useful to yourself and creating positive impacts to the society you belong to.

No one attain success without discipline.


WHEN YOUNG PEOPLE DO THINGS WRONGLY TO MAKE MONEY (E.G YAHOO, AND YAHOO++) CAN WE CALL THAT SUCCESS?
Dr. G. I Osifila NO!. You may have billions in your bank account but when you are unable to contribute positively to the association, organisation or society you belong then you have not attain any success.

HOW CAN ONE BE SELF DISCIPLINE?
Dr. G. I Osifila Right from the home, parents should train their children properly. The school system should do well to instill discipline and morality in the life of their students.

HOW CAN WE INSTILL DISCIPLINE?
Dr. G. I Osifila Knowing the rules and following it to the later, Giving values to hardwork e.t.c

Dr. G. I Osifila My candid opinion is that one of the greatest problem Nigeria is having today is that our leaders at every levels are not discipline at all, they have violate with impunity the rules and regulations that would have brought development to the community they belong.
