Accountability is the state of being accountable. It is to act of making explanations for everything kept in your care.
Everyone of us have something kept under our care or watch. Only accountable persons are giving positions of responsibilities.

Being accountable means working in accordance to the master plan.

There is a way to run that business, offices, family,state, nation, association, you must follow the lay down rules and principles if you Want to be accountable.

We are to be Accountable to two (2) categories of people;
1. The Supreme being (God Almighty).
2. Humanity.

Being accountable to humanity is in two phases,
I. Be accountable to people ahead of you.
II. Be Accountable to people behind you.


KEY POINTS

1. Only those who are Accountable are giving positions of responsiblity.
2. To be accountable means to do things right and just. Many people may not like you when you're always doing the right thing but, please continue that.
3. Everyone that wants to get to the peak of His/her career must be able to be Accountable.
