A lot of students here in our institution usually fall sick during exams owing to the fact that they procrastinated. When they're supposed to read they won't, when exams comes they started doing accumulated reading.
Some secretaries have a long time to attend to some memo but they feel they still have a long time they therefore delay it and before they could know Time will be against them.
Reasons why people Procrastinate
•Laziness. Laziness is not being sluggish, it is not doing what is right at the right time.
• Lack of interest. People don't procrastinate what they have interest in. A football fan can not miss his club live matches.
• Lack of motivation. The best form of motivation is SELF-MOTIVATION. People procrastinate because they lack motivation.
• Lack of Consequences on failure. It is obvious that most people do not know that each time they delay or procrastinate a task there is a consequence for that.
Never, never procrastinate, when you overcome Procrastination you are already on your way to they top.
